Floessner Tactical Solutions GmbH – formerly Floessner e.K. – develops and manufactures tactical equipment. The company is run by Barbara Genßler and Hans Flößner. Twenty years of experience have taught us that innovative ideas matter, but precise, requirement-driven execution matters more.
What sets us apart
We manufacture tactical equipment in smaller quantities and even in custom sizes. That is our unique selling point: what is developed for one unit does not have to fit a mass market.
On request we work with very high quality materials – Nomex (fire-resistant), Cordura or other fabrics of your choice.
Innovation from our own development: the TecSys Molle webbing
We have developed a revolutionary fastening system for tactical clothing and equipment that is used very successfully by European armies. It reaches three times the strength of the conventional Molle system – at an extremely low weight.
Tactical vests, outer carriers, backpacks and pouches
Our core business is tactical equipment for police, army and fire services: tactical vests, outer carriers for ballistic body armour, chest rigs, MediPacks, belts, backpacks as well as trousers and jackets. Pistol holsters and knife covers are part of the range, as are high-security carrying and rope-lowering harnesses, high quality leather products and bespoke items such as covers and bags for vehicles and aircraft.

Clients and partners
Most of our clients come from the public sector: authorities, the military and other public institutions, at home and abroad. For police forces across Europe we manufacture top quality products, including tactical vests for special forces of police and army, developed specifically for their requirements.
Our longest-standing partnership is with our production partners in other European countries. We rely on trust and close cooperation to coordinate sampling and series production precisely. Beyond production, we draw on our network for ballistic systems, fabric experts and weaving mills.
Since 9 July 2012 FTS GmbH has been a registered company of the “NATO Commercial and Government Entity” (NCAGE: DP039) and is officially authorised to supply all NATO countries.

What is TecSys and how does it differ from Molle?
TecSys is our lightweight, two-part fastening system based on the Molle platform. The webbing combines machine-woven loops with a clip of our own design and reaches a breaking strength of 300 daN. Available in 82 mm and 32 mm widths and printable in any colour or camouflage pattern.
